HARD!
i chose to take a couple 30sec walking breaks
during the 2nd 5-minute running segment
i did not quit
just slightly modified
so i could make it through day 1 of week 4
i had to remind myself this is not about how fast i am running
it's about choosing
keep moving
more than i did last week
