Sun, Jan 15 - CB guest post

I received the below words of advice and inspiration from my fitness instructor (Real Fitness – Prairie City, IA) and wanted to share with others…..

In 2012…

I will put my health first.  I will make ME a priority. 
"When you take care of yourself first then you're stronger and more capable of taking care of everyone else." - Unknown

I will exercise regularly.  Even when I don't feel like it, I will do it because I know how good I feel after a workout and how good exercise is for my body, my body that was made to move.
"Stay committed and consistent and you'll achieve your goals." - Jeanette Jenkins

Day in and day out, I will choose healthy foods and drinks that provide nutrients and energy for my body.

I will focus on the positive around me and always practice a positive mental attitude.

Each and everyday I will give 110%.

I will believe in myself.

I WILL achieve my goals!  Will you?
