what i've been doing
didn't feel inspired or motivated
but wanted to make sure i could still
check the boxes
on my tracking sheet
for vitamins, fiber, waters, exercise
and i did
i nearly psyched myself out
of starting week 3 of c25k training
but now proud to say
c25k w3d1
COMPLETE
they key for me is finding a tv show to watch
so i stop staring at the clock during the timed runs
3 minutes
can feel like f...o...r...e...v...e...r
