weigh-in day has moved to fridays
and i have great news to report
i have achieved the first 5# milestone!
[so now it's time to shop for reward]

is 5# a big deal?
i sure think so
look at a 5# bag of flour next time you're at the store
that's what i've lost!

on friday i also completed week 4 of c25k
not setting any records for speed
but i am completing my personal goal
of not walking during the running segments



ps - much prefer blueprintcleanse
coolorcleanse has been a tough swallow
tomorrow i look forward to chewing again
savoring each choice and bite :)
