holding steady this week
no additional weight gone
i'm not surprised
after 4# in the last 2 weeks
and emotional roller-coaster this week
i'm actually pleased there's no gain
i've been reading about how
under stress
your body goes into fight or flight response
leading to release of various hormones
including cortisol
too much cortisol can slow your metabolism
so today i searched for
and am sharing
a long list of inspiration
reminding myself i'm not content with 12#
